What services are included in your social media management packages?

Every done-for-you social media management package includes a custom social media strategy, full monthly content calendars, graphic creation, caption writing, reels editing, reels scripts + instructions, scheduling, hashtags, engagement, monthly strategy calls, and monthly analytics. They include everything needed for us to fully take over your social presence.

How do we start working together?

First, you fill out the inquiry form. Then, you receive our service guide & portfolio, as well as a link to book a free discovery call. On the call we meet, talk about your biz, and see if we’re a good fit. Then, we send you a proposal with the package we talked about on the call. When you’re happy with the package, we send you the contract & the first invoice. When that is done, you fill out the onboarding form & questionnaire. We have a kick-off call and we do lots of research + start developing the strategy. We create the first content calendar, you approve it, and we go live with the content 2 weeks after you’ve signed the contract.

Is hiring a social media agency worth it?

Outsourcing your social media marketing is a very valuable thing you can do for your business, but there are things you need to have prior to that. First, you need to have a good product or service. Then, you need a brand kit. Finally, you need to have a marketing budget – social media management takes time & expertise, and requires an appropriate budget.
